The Mataró office opened in 2022 as ETL Maresme, when ILIA ETL GLOBAL arrived in the capital of the Maresme with a strong focus on tax, legal, labour and accounting advice. A year later it integrated Agesma, a firm with 25 years of experience, and in 2026 it began operating under the single ILIA ETL GLOBAL brand.
The team, the office and the way we work remain the same. What changes is the reach: clients in the Maresme now have direct access to the firm’s specialists in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, international tax and our International Desk.
We work with SMEs, retailers, self-employed professionals and individuals in Mataró and throughout the region, with a single point of contact who knows each case and coordinates with other practice areas whenever needed.
