From Ilia Consultoria to ILIA ETL GLOBAL
It all started in 2010 in the Gràcia neighbourhood with a small practice of three people: Ilia Consultoria. In 2016 it joined ETL GLOBAL — the international professional services network — and moved next to Passeig de Gràcia, where the firm’s head office is today.
From Barcelona it has grown by integrating long-established firms: Cot Consultoria in 2018, Gescobar Assessors i Consultors in 2019, Codina i Canalda in 2021 and García Larraínzar, Abogados y Economistas in 2024. In 2026 the firm left the ETL ILIA brand behind and became ILIA ETL GLOBAL.
The head office houses the management and the teams advising companies, family groups, investors and individuals on tax, corporate and civil law, labour, accounting, mergers and acquisitions and — through the International Desk — foreign clients with interests in Spain.
